ACN Mobile World RestrictionsThe ACN Mobile World Application may use up to 3 Mb of data for a 5 minute call from a data plan. Because the Call Back service is initiated by ACN Mobile World, your mobile service provider will treat it as an inbound call for the duration of your phone call. The inbound call may consume minutes from your mobile phone service, depending on your mobile phone plan. The BlackBerry® Call Back Application will consume mobile minutes and may incur data plan charges. Roaming charges may apply. Contact your mobile phone provider for more information. Please note that ACN Mobile World is not responsible for any additional charges due to the usage of the service.
Free calls to Digital Phone Service customers must be made on an ACN Mobile World application; free calling applies to U.S. & Canada or International plans only. Calls not made over Wi-Fi may incur data plan charges. The free call can be made to any ACN Digital Phone Service customer who has a Phone Adapter or a Video Phone, however, video calls between the application and ACN Video Phones are not supported. Calls made to ACN Digital Phone Service customers using the Call Back Service will be charged the normal plan rate.
